head office we have a help desk open during normal office hours. On request,
we can also provide you with an interactive remote help desk support facility
(IHD for short - interactive help desk).
What is an IHD?
Providing you have requested this facility, we can receive a call from
a user of yours and we can access your system and call up the exact screen
the user has a problem with, identify the problem and explain to the user
what caused the problem so as to prevent a re-occurrence. This instantaneous
resolution of problems is of great benefit to your business.
